We’ll that is how Mobile Computer Services (MCS) thinks it should be for fixing your computer or network problem. If MCS can’t fix your problem then you don’t get charged for it. Similarly if MCS works on your computer and gets paid but it turns out you are still having problems then they will come back and fix it at no additional charge or refund your money if they can’t fix it. Also if a job takes longer than “it should” or MCS makes a mistake which significantly lengthens a service call, MCS will reduce labor charge to keep things fair for the customer. MCS believes if you are going to run your business with integrity these are the types of things they should do. These policies apply to the vast majority of the work MCS performs.
